Server pricing

Here is what the servers cost.Six plans, every price per month.

The platform fee is a share of your revenue and it changes with your market, so we quote that per client. The servers are different, because we know what they cost us. Every price below is per month and excludes tax.

Shared platform

Your brand runs on a platform that also carries other operators. Your data sits in its own database. Most operators should choose this, because several clients pay towards the same machines and the price is lower.

Plan Concurrent players Per month Who it fits
Launch 250 €1,650 A first brand, or a market you are still proving.
Growth 1,000 €3,900 A brand with a real player base and steady traffic.
Scale 3,500 €8,900 Several brands, or one brand at national scale.

Private platform

The machines run your brand and nothing else. A regulator usually asks for this, and an operator with its own compliance obligations usually needs it. It costs more because no other client is paying towards the same hardware.

Plan Concurrent players Per month Who it fits
Private Launch 1,000 €5,000 Your own machines from day one, usually for a regulator.
Private Growth 5,000 €15,000 Isolation plus headroom for a fast ramp.
Private Scale 10,000 €30,000 A large operator who cannot share infrastructure at all.

Above 10,000 concurrent players we quote per client rather than listing a price.

What every plan includes

The machines, the database and the storage

Everything the platform runs on, sized for the number of players in your plan. The database sits on its own managed instance instead of sharing a machine with the application.

Backups, and we check that they restore

The database can be restored to any point in time. We run the restore ourselves on a schedule, because a backup that has never been restored has not been proved to work.

Monitoring, and someone on call

We watch the platform ourselves, so we find out it is slow before you have to tell us.

Upgrades and security patches

We apply them and we tell you in advance. You do not have to staff a maintenance window.

Questions we get asked

What does “concurrent players” actually mean?

It is the number of different players with a session open at the same time, counted in your busiest hour of the month rather than averaged over it. We size on the busiest hour because that is the hour the servers have to carry. If you do not know your number, we can measure it on your current platform before we quote.

What is the difference between shared and private?

On a shared plan your brand runs on a platform that also carries other operators, and your data sits in its own database. On a private plan the machines run your brand and nothing else. Private costs more because no other client is paying towards the same hardware.

What happens when we outgrow a plan?

You move up a plan. There is no penalty and nothing is rebuilt, because every plan runs the same software on more machines. We watch your numbers and tell you before you reach the limit.

Is support included?

Keeping the platform running and fixing what breaks is included. Development work you ask for, moving you off another provider, and integrations we do not already have are quoted separately.

What sits above 10,000 concurrent players?

We quote per client above 10,000. At that size how the deployment is built matters more than the number of players, so a fixed price would be wrong more often than right.

We can tell you which plan you need

Tell us how many players you had in your busiest hour last month and we will tell you which plan you need. If you do not know that number, we can measure it for you first.
