UBetOn provides a sovereign iGaming platform — PAM, sportsbook, casino, payments, CRM, bonus engine, CMS, analytics, risk module, lottery, multi-brand — under the deployment model set out in your order form.
B2B only. Customers must hold the gaming licenses required in every jurisdiction where they operate, and remain responsible for keeping them valid for the whole term. You hold the license in your market; we provide the technology.
Customers must not reverse-engineer the AI models, attempt to access other operators' clusters, exceed rate limits, or operate in jurisdictions not contractually permitted.
Set in the order form per deployment model. Reviewed annually unless otherwise agreed.
PAM: 99.99% uptime. Sportsbook/Casino: 99.95% uptime. Payments orchestration: 99.95% uptime. SLA credits per the commercial schedule.
Customer retains all rights to operator-configuration, player, and transactional data. UBetOn retains rights to platform code, ML model architectures (not weights), and aggregated anonymous performance metrics.
30-day notice. On termination, UBetOn provides full data export — operator config, player records, transaction history, trained ML weights, CMS content — within 7 days, in open formats. No early-termination penalty.

Customers remain responsible for meeting the player protection rules of their licensing jurisdiction. Our responsible gaming page lists which controls the platform enforces today and which are planned, so a customer can see exactly where their own layer has to cover the gap. Safeguards required by a licence stay switched on.
These terms are governed by the law of our incorporating jurisdiction, named in your master service agreement, and disputes are resolved in that jurisdiction.
