The edge

Seven asymmetric advantagesincumbents structurally can't match.

Most platform sales decks have the same 12 bullet points: SLA, modules, time-to-launch. Below are seven things UBetOn ships that other platforms can't — either because their architecture can't support it, their unit economics break, or their lawyers won't sign off.

01
Compliance

Sovereignty receipts — cryptographically signed daily attestations

Every 24 hours, UBetOn generates a signed attestation of where your data physically sat, which subprocessors touched it, and what jurisdictional law applied. Your regulator can verify the signature against our public key. No other platform does this — most just say "we're GDPR-aligned" and hope you don't ask follow-ups.

Proof point: Format: NIST SP 800-204 inspired. Published to your S3-compatible bucket nightly. Verification: 30 seconds with our open-source CLI.
02
Security

Adversarial AI lab — your ML models get red-teamed monthly

A dedicated security team attacks YOUR fraud and churn models every month with the latest evasion techniques. You get a report with what was tried, what worked, what was patched. Most platforms run ML in silence; we treat it like infrastructure that needs penetration testing.

Proof point: Monthly attack vectors include: prompt-injection on RAG layers, feature-poisoning on retraining batches, model-extraction attempts. Last 12 months: 47 attacks attempted, 44 blocked at first contact, 3 led to patches.
03
Player liquidity

Player wallet portability across the UBetOn operator network

A player on Operator A can opt-in to bring their KYC status, wallet, and (optionally) bonus history when they sign up on Operator B — if both operators are on UBetOn. Acquisition cost collapses. Player gets continuity. Operators see a different competitive landscape.

Proof point: Opt-in only and player-initiated: nothing moves unless the player agrees on the receiving brand. The receiving operator still runs its own onboarding and its own limits — portability shortens the signup, it does not bypass it.
04
Compliance

Readiness check — find your own gaps before anyone else looks

Run your live configuration through the platform's readiness check and get a structured report of what is switched on and what is not: player-protection controls, limit enforcement, transaction and bonus audit trails, data-residency records, retention windows. It checks your configuration against the requirements you give it. What you file, and with whom, stays entirely your call and your advisers'.

Proof point: Runs against the environment you point it at, not a questionnaire. You get the list of gaps and the setting that closes each one, on demand and as often as you like.
05
SLA

Failure insurance — 2× lost GGR paid in cash, not credits

If UBetOn has unplanned downtime above the SLA threshold (15 min/month), we pay you TWO TIMES the measured lost GGR, wired in cash, within 30 days. Not platform credits. Not service hours. Cash. We have skin in the game because the architecture means we shouldn't have to pay much.

Proof point: Cumulative payouts in last 24 months: €0. We've had zero qualifying incidents because the dedicated-infrastructure model removes the noisy-neighbor failure class.
06
Pricing

Open-cap pricing — your rev-share goes DOWN as your GGR goes up

Most platforms tier you up — you pay a higher fixed fee as you grow. We invert it: every €1M in additional monthly GGR drops your effective rev-share by 50 basis points, up to a floor. You're punished for staying small with us; rewarded for scaling.

Proof point: At €5M monthly GGR, effective rev-share is typically ~30% lower than the entry rate. The math is published; no surprise re-negotiations.
07
Migration freedom

Migration grant — we fund the move IF you decide to leave

Written into the contract: if at any point you want to migrate off UBetOn, we cover up to €50K of third-party consultancy to help you do it cleanly. We'd rather lose you well than trap you badly. Watch competitors' contracts try to copy this clause.

Proof point: Used by 2 operators in 24 months. Both came back within 12 months. The clause itself is the moat — almost no operator ever uses it.
The honest version

Match three of these in writing and we'll help you migrate to whoever does.

The contractual nature of these clauses is the point. Marketing claims are easy; written guarantees cost money. UBetOn puts the money where the deck is.
