Player protection.Stated honestly.

This page tells you what the platform does today and what is on the way. Every card below carries its real state, checked against the platform source on 26 July 2026. Read it and you will know exactly which controls the platform enforces for you, and which ones your own compliance layer still has to cover.

3 live 9 planned

Live today

These run in the platform now.

Live

Limit records on the player profile

A daily, weekly and monthly figure sits on each player profile, for deposits and for losses. Operators read these figures through the API and through player reporting.

Live

Account block

An operator sets a player account to inactive and that player stops being able to sign in.

Live

Anti money laundering review on withdrawals

Withdrawals run through an AML check on the brands where the operator switches it on.

Planned

These are designed and the code is on the way. Treat every card here as work still to come when you plan a launch.

Planned

Deposit limit enforcement

The platform will compare a deposit against the stored figure and refuse the ones that go over, inside a real daily, weekly or monthly window.

Planned

Loss limit enforcement

The platform will total losses across a window and stop play once a player reaches the figure they chose.

Planned

Self exclusion

Fixed terms of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, 1 year and permanent, applied across the brands in an operator group.

Planned

Cooling off and session caps

A player will be able to close the door for a short period, and a session will end once a daily cap is reached.

Planned

Reality checks

A reminder during play showing time elapsed and net position.

Planned

Age verification gate

Date of birth already sits on the player record. The gate that refuses an underage account at registration and at first deposit comes next.

Planned

Behavioural monitoring

Signals that flag a risk of harm pattern and surface it to the operator compliance team for a human decision.

Planned

Support routing

In product links to local support lines and gambling help charities, chosen per jurisdiction.

Planned

National register connections

A link to a national self exclusion register, built one jurisdiction at a time as each operator needs it.

What this means for your own compliance layer

Your regulator will ask which player protection controls are enforced by the software itself. Today that answer covers the account block and the withdrawal review. The limit figures are recorded and available to your own systems, so an operator who needs enforcement before our release lands can act on them in their own layer. Ask us for the current build dates and we will put them in writing.

If you're concerned about your gambling

Gambling involves risk and can become harmful. If you or someone you know is concerned about gambling behavior, support is available. Free, confidential resources include:

If your country is not listed here, start with your own national health service and your national gambling-help service. Gamblers Anonymous keeps an international directory.
